Meet the Teacher

Alexandra Collingbourne

Baby & Child Sleep Consultant

I specialise in safe, holistic methods of getting your baby, toddler or young child to sleep in a way that empowers parents to live better, happier and with more energy. As a mum of two, very energetic little boys, I was inspired to start my journey as a consultant by my eldest son. His struggles with sleep had an impact on our whole family, and helped me understand how poor sleep can impact our relationships with our children, partners and our own mental health. So in 2019 I founded Sleep by Alexandra to help families through some of the toughest times. I have worked with hundreds of families worldwide after completing my certifications as a Sleep Practitioner and in Postnatal Depression support with the London School of Childcare Studies and MNT. I am also a registered member with the British Sleep Society.
