Linea Nigra

A dark line made up of the melanin in your skin that forms vertically down the centre of your bump during pregnancy. Around 90% of women develop Linea Nigra in their pregnancy (DermNet, 2018). In most, it disappears after birth as your hormones settle back to pre-pregnancy state, however, in some cases, it never completely disappears.
