Your baby will start to experience periods of sleep and periods of activity at this stage so their pattern of movements will start to become much more distinguishable.
You may start to notice a change in your baby’s movements from flutters and rolls to more defined kicks, twists, and punches. You may also start to feel if they get hiccups.
You are now over half way through your pregnancy. Consider making a list of things that you want to get done before baby arrives and, where possible, delegate. For example, if you want to start getting the nursery ready, can you do this with your partner or support person? Can you get a group of friends together and make a day of painting the room and building furniture?
